This application is used to submit notifications within the internal notification system of LABARA s.r.o. on the basis of Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting infringements of Union law and the relevant implementing legislation.
All communication between you and the persons responsible for the management of the submission system, and therefore for the resolution of your submission (the so-called investigators), will take place and will be accessible to you exclusively through this application. Through the application you will therefore be able to, among other things:
For security and confidentiality reasons, you will only be able to access your submission and all communications via a unique code. Please keep this code carefully! Without this code, you will not be able to access your notification or communicate with the persons responsible for dealing with your notification in this application!
You may also file a submission via the Department of Justice's submisson system, available at https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/, without first having to file a submisson through our internal submisson system.
Please only include information in the submission that you have reasonable grounds to believe to be true. In this case, you have the right not to be reacted against for making the submission. Conversely, if you make a knowingly false report, you are not protected and may be guilty of a misdemeanor or even a criminal offence.
The personal data you provide in the submission will be processed for the purpose of processing your submission in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Please familiarise yourself with this policy.
